  • Physical Facilities. Information collected at our physical fitness facility locations, including front desk interactions, sign-in and access systems, security systems, and in-facility events and programs (the "Facilities").
  • Membership Program And Related Services. Information collected in connection with our membership program, guest passes, classes, personal training, virtual training, and other related products and services (collectively with the Website, Application, and Facilities, the "Services").
  • Third-Party Sources. Information we may receive about you from third parties, affiliates, partners, or data aggregators, as further described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Other Interactions. Information collected or obtained about you in any other manner relating to your use of the Services, your status as a member, guest, or applicant, or your interactions with ON\\X in any form or medium.

    • Information you provide to us on health questionnaires, waivers, or fitness assessments or wellness surveys (for example, reported injuries, or exercise restrictions).Health-related information you choose to provide, when needed to tailor your fitness program or to access.
    • Metrics such as heart rate, body composition measurements, strength or endurance test results, or similar data when you participate in assessments.
    • Information about disability or accessibility needs where you choose to disclose such information in order to request accommodations.
  • We collect such Personal Information from a variety of sources as described below.

When You Use the Service. We collect any Personal Information you disclose in a public manner on our Website or Services. If you choose to upload or add photos, videos, comments, reviews, or other content to our Website or Services, your upload becomes public information. When You Make a Purchase. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data is held across two vendor platforms, each limited to the information needed for their respective functions: Your contact information and demographics, and communication preferences are held by Hubspot CRM. Billing, contracts, workout and fitness activities are held by ABC Fitness-Ignite/Trainerize. While we work diligently to protect your information, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your Personal Information, we will notify you as required by the Nevada Security of Personal Information Act (NRS 603A.220).


YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
